cup vegan chipotle mayonnaise

avocado, sliced thin

cup pickled red onions
Steps
1.
Cook breakfast patties according to instructions on package. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate.

Divide mayonnaise evenly among bottom halves of slider rolls. Place one breakfast patty on each slider bottom and top with avocado and pickled red onions. Place slider top on each sandwich and serve.
Tips
If you can’t find vegan chipotle you can make your own by mixing ¼ cup vegan mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon minced chipotle in adobo, and 1 teaspoon lime juice.
