Total Time

Serves
10 servings (2 bites)
Ingredients
1
ripe banana, peeled
5
large strawberries, trimmed
1
container (5.3-ounce) Nature’s Fynd dairy-free strawberry Fy yogurt
6
ounces vegan dark chocolate, chopped (about 3/4 cup)
1 ½
teaspoons coconut oil
Steps
1.
Slice strawberries and banana crosswise into ½-inch thick slices.
2.
In a medium bowl, mix strawberry slices, banana slices, and yogurt together until the fruit slices are evenly coated.
3.
On a silpat or parchment-lined sheet tray, stack 1 banana slice and 1 strawberry slice on top of each other. Continue making banana-strawberry stacks until there are no more slices remaining. Dollop any extra yogurt evenly over fruit stacks. Cover and transfer to freezer. Freeze until firm, about 1 ½ hours.
4.
Before removing fruit stacks from freezer, place chocolate and coconut oil in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, stirring every 15 seconds, until completely melted, 1 ½ to 2 minutes. Let cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
5.
Remove fruit stacks from freezer and, using 2 forks, dip and turn stacks in chocolate until fully coated. Remove from chocolate and let drip before transferring back to sheet tray. Repeat with remaining fruit stacks. Freeze for about 30 more minutes to set chocolate. Once fully frozen, the fruit bites can be transferred to an air-tight bag or container and stored in the freezer for up to 1 month. Let frozen bites sit out at room temperature for 5 minutes before enjoying.
