Overnight Oats
Our dairy-free Fy yogurt makes overnight oats even more satiating and delicious thanks to an extra boost of protein and fiber.

Ingredients

container (5 1/3 ounce) Nature’s Fynd Dairy-Free Fy yogurt
2/3
cup water or dairy-free milk
3/4
cup old-fashioned gluten-free oats
1 1/2
tsps chia seeds or ground flaxseed
toppings of choice
Steps
1.
Mix Fy yogurt, water, oats and chia seeds together until thoroughly combined.
2.
Transfer to an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or up to overnight.
3.
Add toppings of choice and serve.
Tips
Top it up with some of our recs: fresh or dried fruit, nuts, seeds, hemp hearts, nut butter, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, cinnamon, maple syrup (note nutrition is without toppings)
