Vegan Buffalo Dip with Sausage
Dips don’t get enough credit if you ask us. Relegated to “appetizer” status, this vegan buffalo sausage (no actual buffalo, obviously) dip deserves the spotlight. And don’t think this is only meant for watching major sporting events, this is a dip that can be invited to any moment where you want some yum.

Ingredients
1/4
cup vegan buffalo hot sauce (such as Frank’s)

tablespoons dairy-free butter, melted
8
ounces vegan cream cheese
1/2
teaspoon garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon kosher salt
1
stalk celery, finely chopped (½ cup)
1
package (7.4 oz) Nature’s Fynd Original Meatless Breakfast Patties, cooked according to package directions, finely chopped
chopped fresh chives for garnish
crackers and veggies for serving
Steps
1.
In a medium bowl, mix together hot sauce and vegan butter.

Whisk in vegan cream cheese, garlic powder, and salt.
3.
Fold in celery and ⅔ (4) of the breakfast patties.
4.
Place in a serving bowl and top with remaining ⅓ (2) breakfast patties and chopped fresh chives.
5.
Serve with crackers and veggies or both.
